Tibetans clash with police; scores arrested

Dozens of Tibetan refugees were arrested when they were preparing to stage a protest march in Kathmandu Monday afternoon. The Tibetans were arrested from Bouddha when they were trying to march towards the Chinese Embassy to submit a memorandum, demanding end to Chinese rule in Tibet. They displayed banners and placards emblazoned with slogans like "Free Tibet" and "Tibet Is Not Part of China".
