I gotta say this so reminds me of me with writing and recording. It's like I'll have written the entire song, lyrics/melody/harmonies/guitar chords, recorded it on a scratch track-- but once it leaves my hands to go into my bands to lay down the rest of the instrumentation tracks-- it's like I don't even exist anymore! It must have been very frustrating for Stevie working with Lindsey after the breakup--it's like when she went solo she was able to really have the freedom to do what she wanted.
