This is George Michael's career defining moment. When I think of him, I think of this first. If he can sing and perform like this, one can only ask what he has been doing with the rest of career. A great singer regularly bent in the service of second rate material. This is an inspired performance.

This is a powerful song and it's fucking awesome to hear George Michael sing it. He is an amazing singer and I don't give one shit what people say about him or what his personal life is. I love his singing.
