A: you don't even have a full intake. You need to atleast get a Z pipe from the 350z. what did you spend like 30 bucks to get a filter?

First off, the car sounds like ass.
Second, nothing wrong with an auto, especially if its a daily driver and you live in a city.
Third, the g35 auto comes with a manual torque converter so it doesnt matter anyway, you can just use the slap shift and its the same, get a vb upgrade and your set.

no?? its got no muffler aka a straight pipe, its got 2 cats then 2 magnaflow resonators and 2.5" stainless magnaflow x-pipe to the back
