@YourStenchBothersMe The part that bothers me is most of those things can prevent someone from working, but they aren't so bad, but when you have all of them rolled up into one person, it's a ridiculous thought to think I'd be a fit employee.

I prefer not to have this argument further than this, not only is it disrespectful to the person who created this video (which I believe it is alright to want to seek out help that might be temporary anyway). I can go on and on further with this about why I disagree with you on this, but I won't! If you have such as issue with social security and the people who collect it, work to abolish it! We can see where we land without it available to those who can benefit!

@LexFeather Your self-centered, poor me attitude is all too common. Everyone has a bucket of psych and health problems these days and most think that entitles them to sit on ass and collect a check. People are selfish by nature, thinking they have the worst problems. Bullshit. Because I also see people worse off than you who decide to spend more time trying than whining and suprise, end up actually pulling their own weight in the world.

are on government assistance to people like you for fear of being verbally attacked! In fact, you hardly tell anyone! And have to deal with what this lady in the video is dealing with trying to get on, and when you're on, filling out stacks of paperwork to "prove" that you are still eligible, dealing with mail from government constantly! I could move out of the country and maybe find a better situation but of all people I am very upset, to hear this attitude!!

Do the same. I go to college with hope of finding the kind of position which I could get off SSI eventually, and I don't know what the fuck is going to happen in the future. What I am tired of are the people who say get off your lazy ass and get a job!! This attitude is prevalent and very spiteful! I have schizoeffective, PTSD, social anxiety and chronic pain from auto accident, this limits what I can do a lot and whether I am "employable". I have worked random temporary jobs for the past 2 years last one ended in June. I'm hardly employable though and botch interviews like all fuck.
