Considering stack sizes, AAxx and KKxx are the least likely holdings for him to repop preflop, unless its a premium AAxx hand like AAJTs or AAJTss or similar premium AAxx hand. This does assume villain is not terribad.

At like micro stakes online there are weak-tight games where lots of opponents only 3bet AAxx. Even at 200PLO, though, there's tons of 3betting with all kinds of non AAxx, KKxx holdings. Any decent player is 3betting at LEAST all their premium rundowns, and often non premium ones.
