It is best to call your order in to get far more accurate shipping prices. DHS standard shipping rate is $8.00. For example, if you order 1 crystals by phone, shipping would be about $1.00. On the website, something totally different. A 1 x 5.80lb(s) order by phone would only be c. $8.00. So as you can see, DHS on its own accord (and not a shopping cart) has cheap and equitable shipping prices. If we can control a thing, trust us, the people will benefit. The BEST for LESS!

You have great products, yet I think he has a valid point about the shipping prices..why be insulting to black people your customers. Is this customer service. People have a right when they are spending their money to question what they are paying for. I know business and a business will work hard to lower their shipping prices. I know enough to know that the shipping by USPS priority doesn't cost double my order. If it does then you need to revamp your business to keep the overhead low.

@JamConcerned Actually, DHS customer base is international but does include a large African-American base. We just simply disagree about shipping. Standard shipping rate is $8.00 fixed and if people want lower shipping for, say 1 crystal, they'd do best to call that order in whereby the shipping can be gauged. So, at DHS at least people have options. If shipping doubles your order, it's simply incidental and not the norm. If you're saving $45 on the FBD and paying $3 more in shipping ... well??

@LMAbdul DHS' shipping prices are set by the U.S. Postal Service which attaches to the company's online store. DHS does not set those rates. Are you really saving? C'mon! Have you checked prices with Dr. SEBI or DHERBS? Check there and other places and then come back here and ask that same question. Even if the shipping prices were high, the savings on the herbs would still do justice to the customer. DHS gives you the BEST for LESS! We stand by that claim! You save overall! - R. Bennett

Very good video. It speaks to the same mindset of "fast money." They charge those high prices because they are after fast money... and fast money goes FAST! As a result, those business don't stay around long.

With that said... there is nothing wrong with charging astronomical prices as long as you can get the perceived value of the product to match that price. Gotta be quite savvy to get that off tho lol

I am not saying that my jewelry is for everyone, but those who say they like it ALWAYS try to "jew" me down. Because it is my PASSION I keep creating.
