Dayton ohio police misconduct pt 3

Two mins out of this whole series was cut out so we could post up this whole video in 3 parts versus 4. The part that was cut out was when an officer found a Tylenol and Tramadol in my cigarette pack (Tylenol is legal of course, Tramadol is non-narcotic pain meds, I was recently in a bad car accident) and they flipped out about those trying to say that heroin addicts use them for coming down or some bs. I think the loud noise you hear at the end of the video is from the officer trying to create a false positive from a field test kit, trying to get a positive for opiates in the pills that were found but they were legal, it's still scary though because if he could have created a false positive with his field test, I could have went to jail.

Who said I smoked pot ? Ive been sober for 3 years, my friends can vouch for that. I didn't have ANYTHING on me. Shawn had sum pot on him but who cares, its pot.They abused there power and I'm calling them out on it. Plain and simple.

They said they stopped because we didn't have county ID stickers on the vehicle, which is a lie. And no I'm not complaining because they "scared" me. I'm complaining because an officer that represents law enforcement alike, told me he would make up something to take me to jail even though I had done absolutly nothing wrong! That's why I'm pissed. These officers were assholes, plain and simple, they had no basis for pulling us over to begin with, it was an illegal search and seizure, misconduct.

@Obscurosphere there is probable cause to search a vehicle and search persons in the car if a cop smells weed dumbass....do not question the the law and police officers if you have no knowledge of whats going on ... you are an ignorant person who sees cops and doesnt like them because they do their job when you do illegal shit and you can't stand it. same with timmy..... maybe you should not hang around people who smoke weed and you wont get in trouble duhhh! is that to hard to ask...

the meds i was on. it wasnt very small due to missed doeses durring the 10 year run on them. and thats when the pistol whipping started and clamed "i ran 2 stop signs, on red light with them in highspeed prosute of my and we have radar clocking you doing 70 in a 35. you evading arrest" all my meds were emptied out of their bottles and dump on the street under my truck and the inside of my truck became outside of my truck. they stole my phone that was on its last min and leg. stole that 70

with 8 more cops to start my 3 hour evil and all rights violated event that would take place. 4pm and the cops had flashlights out looking on the ground for drugs. iand they started ripping my truck apart and looking for my cell phone and found my sizeable hiv med collection from many years of taking

there a cop grabs and starts pulling me out thru my truck window with my seatbelt on and i was seriously strangled. and that asshole even had his own handgun in his otherhand. he only used one hand to pullme forcefully from my truck. im 245 lbs. the pure rage of hate was his muscle. and 2 seconds after the seatbelt was removed from my throat, 4 more cop cars pull up

and saw a cop car speeding my direction with lights onso i didnt even drive my truck 5 ft and stayed on the side of the road to let them pass. ofgoodgodalmity it was bad. they pulled right up behind me and was looking at my passenger seat where my wallet was for id. i hear a voice on a loudspeaker tell me "to get my goddamn hands up or we are going to unload in you" my hands went straight out the window of my door right then and

i proceeded to get in my truck and go get them some food that was close and the location in houston doesnt have but 2 food sources within 5 blocks. barbque or convient store crap. went to "Pearls" bbq. and that place had a bad kitchen fire and closed up. it was not hard to figure out it was closed. didnt even have to turn my truck off. no exit of my truck and was starting to pull away, and with a natural mirror reflex glance. WHICH IS IN DPS DRIVING STANDARDS MANUEL.
