  • this sounded absolutely BEAUTIFUL girls. :) I miss all the seniors from our chorus :(

whoever video taped this was kind of rude.

  • I sang this in women's choir in 2007, such a beautiful and sad song! Great job. The sfz at 3:23-3.28 is very nicely done. My chorus did that but out of all the versions I've heard, this is the only other choir to have done it also!

  • It's so hard to keep pitch on this song, especially in a performance where it's hard to hear each other.....that and dynamics are the only things you need to work on! Your voices are amazing! :) Good job on keeping together without a conductor.

  • @eighttypesofcrazy23 Yep, we performed it without our teacher :)

  • I sang this in my high school choir twice, once in grade 9 and once in grade 12 (last year) and it was one of my favourites.

@carolanivey I agree about the tempo being slower, but the girls' voices work very well together. I loved the dynamic contrasts too, especially from 3:23-3:28.

The camera seemed shaky at some points though... but aside from that, this song was well done :)

  • =O who was conducting? did they do this by theirselves??????

  • What a beautiful, full sound from such a small ensemble. :) Tempo a little slower than I'm used to hearing, but it works. Congratulations, nice work!

  • this is so beautiful! were singing this for our womens choir as a tribute to the victims of the earthquake in haiti
