Greg Schiano was hired Thursday to coach the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The former Rutgers coach gets a five-year contract to turn around a team that finished 4-12 this past season. (Jan. 26)

As a buc fan, i found this hire to be a shock. I really thought the sherminator would be the next hc. Fortunatly, because of the sapp incident, that didn't happen. Though suprised, i find this an intriging hire and find myself excited by this hire. As bucs fans lets all unite and support this change and see where it goes. To bucs fans that are passionatly against this hire, what are you going to say if all this pans out?
