EAS Pain and Annoyance Warning

My first EAS mockup. The slide was made with GIMP (it's a GIF so the text will flash) and Microsoft Sam supplied the voice because it's REALLY early in the morning (could not get to sleep for some reason) and I'd rather not record myself right now.

Also, I apologize if this bears any similarity to some other EAS mockup out there, because I think someone MIGHT have done a similar message in the past but I can't for the life of me remember what it was exactly.

For those who can't understand what Microsoft Sam is saying:

The National Pain Prevention Agency has issued a Pain and Annoyance Warning for your ears, because the SAME header and attention signal for the Emergency Alert System are loud and annoying, and may damage your ears if you have the volume cranked up too high. Oh wait, maybe we should have warned you about this BEFORE we played those sounds. My bad. Well, at least consider yourself forewarned about the EOM bursts. This concludes this message. Brace yourself.
