@log140 Yes I watched the video sir. To say that Mr Yoo is a criminal tells me that you have not done your homework. Neither have you been in combat. You are probably young and have never experienced much in life. As too water boarding the enemy, I believe that whatever means necessary should be done to protect you and me. @Jimhill58 Mr Yoo is a desk-criminal.. he gave legal protection for the real war-criminals! waterboarding was considered torture during ww2, japonese who had done this to americans were convicted for doing it! that is called a precedent you "patriot".. inflicting pain was prohibited by the Geneva Convention and the US-Torture statute signed into law under Reagan.. you are on the same level as the jihadists and other war-criminals who had done torture if you defend it..
