i use coconut oil and have seem many benefits. If i cant get the coconut oil in my diet everyday, i started using coconut milk to make all my smoothies. Know it is not AS good and the virgin coconut oil but it is better than nothing. My question is, i just started recently using on my face and head esp after i shave, leave it on for about 10-20 mins then jump in the shower. is that okay or do i really need to leave it on all day or night. i jsut dont want to go around smelling like a beach
