Hey there again. I got a ? I had heard the Amish don't pay into Social Security system. Is this true? If so??? Do Amish get birth Certificates ... The whole things I know sounds odd... I'm asking you something on a different subject.
I'm sure you've seen and read the things going on in Texas with the Polygamist sect.
Are the Amish aware of this type of religious act? and what are their thoughts on this? Biblically speaking.
I'm just trying to see what different religions views are on this.
These folks say that it's ok to have multiple wives because it's backed by the Bible.
What are your thoughts on this?
how do the Amish men treat the women in the family?
and how do the women treat the men?
I havn't heard of any type of abuse with the Amish women... so, I'm just asking purely out of curiosity, no disrespect intended.

@scrm1 No. The only abuse I had was from my brother and he is not gay.... As for it being common, I would say it is not, but I do know of one such case where a guy did that to his son. But maybe it is more common in whatever area that the author of that report/ comment lived at, but not exactly as common in my area, if that makes sense...

Is this guy on drugs? He can't seem to string a coherent sentence together. This does not help the Amish nor those who choose to leave. The most charitable thing I can think is that he is mildly retarded.
