can I have a good render setting for this shit ?!

use comp's framerate and set it too 60. make sure that when you render it, quality is on best and stuff... maybe use wmv? and otherwise .mov... they are the best. :)

Nice - render settings for edits like this are normally Quick Time. You can actually get a good render if you choose H.264 as the Quicktime codec. You'll get a 'Error' type message but ok it. I picked that trick up at creative cow.
