This video aired on WLUC TV6. "Keepers of the Water" is part of a coalition against metallic sulfide mining. The video contains footage of three waterfalls in the Yellow Dog Watershed. In the Ojibwe culture (the first people of the Great Lakes Region) the men are the keepers of the fire and the women are the keepers of the water, "nibi".
