how about reading up on the Swimava Neck Ring, people? that's what this thing is...it's supposed to go around the neck COMFORTABLY and aid in teaching infants some swimming skills - that would later be followed by proper infant swimming classes. this also helps to exercise baby's leg muscles and the 'workout' actually helps them to sleep better through the night.
