  • you missed the point completely mojomatt176 its about internal strength the foundation of all body based physical efforts you should combine pilates and running

  • Yoga, contrary to it gaining such attention in western pop culture, is a belief system. Through the focused attention of the body and mind one strives to attain higher and higher levels of consciousness with the ultimate goal of enlightenment. Yoga is NOT a fitness program although it has its physical benefits. Pilates is a series of exercises focused on increasing the bodies flexibility and strengthening of the core muscles. Pilates IS a fitness program.
