I, too, try to do all the "mechanical" things like meditation, dreams, diet, etc., but this points out the real power and message of Cayce (and of the Christ) that sowing seeds of love for one's self, but especially for others is the KEY EXERCISE to living a more spiritual, happier, and healthier life. one night i watched a program with him on Atlantis...then I had the strangest experince..I was sleeping but not really asleep. I could hear myself speaking along with someone else and they were showing me where Atlantis was and even showed me a map. was really weird. They even showed me a triangle on the globe.
