It was 'The End Of An Era' since Triple H and Undertaker are the only 2 ICONS or FACES of the attitude era, Kane, Mark Henry and Big Show are still around, but they never were the face of that time, never have been the main event or spotlight of that time. Undertaker and Triple H were the guys whom carried the company and made other talents what they are today, Batista, Orton, Lesnar, Goldberg are only a few examples of what those 2 guys did for the business. Respect for both man.

think it was the official ending for the attitude era, a chance for all us lads in our 20s and above to say goodbye to the era that made wwe so good to watch

That's quite the language of a typical HHH-hating ignoramus. It was 13x, not 14. Secondly, The Rock and Stone Cold, as great as they were, had their greatest feuds with none other than the very guy you're bashing. He kept taking the belt, true, but that's exactly why Austin and especially Rock were being cheered to take it away from him. They LOVED to see those two against him. Imagine a Rock or Stone Cold with the belt 24/7. It wouldn't work out.

They're too old for that now, unfortunately. :( Plus the locker room is now filled with people that only wished they could do half the amazing attitude era stunts, but even then I guess that wouldn't be very PG. -_-

Austin and Rock are my favorites from that era but to deny that triple h is great (even if he used steph and all that stuff to get up) is insane. Triple H has talent and the majority of the crowd respects him for it. The crowd will show whether they like someone or not regardless of if they are forced down our throats(i.e cena). But triple h is loved and respected. Just look at his 2002 return.

Why was this the end of an era ? What era ? Is Triple H finished in the ring or was it definetly Taker's last WM ?
