HDTV Lag Test 1/2

I didn't know this existed! Test that is.

Left TV = Samsung LN-S3251D, 32" LCD
Right TV = Sony 27" Big Tube

First half was exceuted at 800x600
During the 2nd video, I switched the playback resolution to 1344x768. On the 27", it was zoomed in so you were able to scroll around.

The computer used to operate test is under the 27" TV. Simple video out used to connect 27" to PC. A VGA cable was used to connect 32" LCD to PC. Next test, 2/2, will use a DVI to HDMI cable instead of the VGA.

um i wanna ask is there lag in Cable? or just gaming?

watch the video closely, the lag isnt that bad in this example. at on point if you keep pausing the clip during the counter you can see that the LCD is actually ahead of other tv.

It has nothing to do with response time it's input lag and that is because of the processing the chips in the tv's have to do it lags just a little behind.
