Shadoboy's got it. I can appreciate a hardcore three-stock one-on-one with no items at Final Destination; it's such a clean and simple way to play. However, sometimes you don't want clean and simple; you want all-out, free-for-all, final-smashing, stage-altering chaos. Both are fun in their own way. There is no "right" way, competitive guys out there. Remove your heads from your asses, please.

That is a good point. What I really can't stand is when competitive players start parading around like they play Smash Bros the "right" way.
That's when a competitive player becomes a tourneyfag.

The whole problem with the tourneyfag thing is the majority of those players are the old school hardcore 2d fighter players. They're the kind of the players that use to spend hours studying moves and hidden techniques that usually exclude the casual players, as few as they were. Through in the promise of cas h and you can see why some of them have their dicks up their asses. As far as I can see, these players are just holdouts waiting for the next 2d fighter.
