I'm from Baltimore and while this does connect more to the percolator from the past (I'm talking the 40s here), it is now known as the Sponge Bob, a title it could not have been called in the 90s because Sponge Bob did not exist. The Baltimore percolator of today is a different dance, as dances evolve naturally throughout time.
