The Taking was really a great book. For quite a few chapters I was wondering if the subject was alien or religious. I really enjoyed how Koontz made my decision flop between biblical to sci fi until the end.

I loved the Taking, I thought it was one of the scariest books of all time. It's being made into a TV Mini Series by Sam Raimi, which I can't wait for.
