Yay looks the closest to MArioKart on the Xbox I've seen. Some other hunting suggested Blur to me, but thats more adult and the youtube videos made me wonder if the silly aspect was too much toned down - plus the view means you don't get to see your destruction on the other cars so up front. I love seeing the others suffering from my attacks :) quite cheap 2nd hand now too.
