Actually the term can b used 4 other ethnicity but it doesn't mean that u have 2 b cute 2 b an ulzzang. Best face literally means having an oval shape. In cosmetology term wat's the best face shape is the oval shape. 2 no if u have that shape, u measure wit ur finger 1/3 down 2 ur chin. Not understood by that? Well, if u draw a face & it's equal from sides to sides down 2 the chin. U have an oval shape.

LOL,first of all...

The one ressons that mostly people like Japanese,Korean,and some other Asians better because they use surgerys and a bunch of makeup,and not to be rude but,if you look at Japanese,Korean,Chinese,and Vietnamese people when they don't have makeup or surgerys they look horribly terrible,and uhmm...filipina girls have the true beauty than the other Asians.that just my opinion:)
