Philip Campbell tells us how Neil McCurdy's Uilleann Pipes finally found their way back to Rathlin, almost a century after they were first awarded to him at the first Feis in 1904.

"Neil McCurdy, who comes from Rathlin, won on war pipes, and his prize was a fine set of Mr OMealys Uilleann Pipes. On McCurdy obtaining his prize a great shout went up from the crowd of the Raghery men men of the sea, and with splendid lungs."
