Here's a fast & furious workout routine I've created for you:
"THE CHARGER"
3 Exercises X 3 Rounds in10 Minutes or less!
Rep Scheme: 21-15-9
Med-Ball Squat Cleans, Box Jumps, Push Ups.
Weighted vest optional for intermediate & advanced lifters. ENJOY!
