Ukraine's President sent a reply letter to the Russian President. In his message, Yushchenko agreed that the bilateral relationship, there are problems, but denies that the responsibility is vested only Kiev.

NTV recalls: last Tuesday Dmitry Medvedev has sent a public message to Yushchenko, which has called its policy departure from the principles of friendship and partnership with Russia. Today, the Kremlin press service reported that the president signed a decree appointing Mikhail Zurabova Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Ukraine. However, while in Kiev, he did not go.

In his message to Dmitry Medvedev said that the current situation, we have decided to postpone the arrival of a new ambassador to Ukraine. «The exact dates will be determined in the light of the development of Russian-Ukrainian relations», - the message reads.
