Scorpions mating

this is a pretty long video of my Emperor scorpions (Pandinus Imperator) mating.Started 09/05/08 at around 11:30PM ended around 11:55.

I know you should have slate or something hard for them to mate on but I really wasnt planning on it.I'll know more in aobut 7 to 9 months =o)

i have a young male i wanna get him a girl for company dont care if they mate or not just wanna know will they fight each other if there together in a 10gallon tank

@MuSiCiNmYbLoOD713 It depends on the Sp. If they are the same as mine you will be fine. They might fight a bit at first but they "should" get along after a day or so.

Thanks dude The tank is a 20 gallon...Much bigger than needed ...But I like to give them room if they want it.The temps and humidity I dont know for sure...Prob around 80f and about 75 to 85 or 90% humidity...Thats a very rough guess though

I got my male a female today, I've had him for 3 weeks. They fought at first by holding claws together and trying to sting each other, but after a few hours, I found them cuddling together in their hide. It was very cute. Also, if you want to handle them, I found that females are easier to handle than males. My male is a very dicky and attacks everything. He's also very protective of the female.
