  • Hey Tiffany iv been doing this video everyday along with some other videos and at first I was scared bc I started gaining weight but its been 4 weeks and iv lost 6 lbs! Btw I feel much more balenced and its easier to do stuff I wasn't able to do before so I just wanted to say thanks(:

  • I LOVE your videos! I am also doing Insanity but the funny thing is your videos actually make me more sore!! Which is a good thing because it feels like I can actually feel myself getting toned! I find myself actually wanting to do your 10 minute videos during a study break instead of trying to find a solid 50 minutes for Insanity!!
