Over time we can become extremely tight through our upper back and shoulders as gravity, prolonged sitting, and disuse work to bring our upper torso forward over time. With an increase in flexion of the thoracic spine, there can be a compensatory forward positioning of the head in relationship to the body. To correct this and work on increasing shoulder mobility and improved posture, Nicole demonstrates an Overhead Press at the Wall, and a Wall Lean.
