Rockville, Maryland, the skybridge linking the metro station to downtown. Everytime I am there, I think at Millennium Mambo of Hou Hsiao-Hsien, the start scene, when Vicky is passing over the skybridge, talking to us from the future.

Haha, never thought downtown Rockville could resemble anything close to Taipei. Glad that served as inspiration for a brilliant film.
