@shartasticful You are a fucking genius. Of course he is innocent of rape. The head prosecuter(who is a woman) Dropped all charges on him once reviewing the evidence and interviewing the "victims". He is only being charged with coercing sex without a condom. Every man has tried to get laid bareback at one time or other. Unless you force yourself physically it is not rape. They had concensual sex and the evidence shows that.
The crime is that he is being charged for political reasons. Huge crime
