3rd tone sounds different when linked to the other tones.

3+1 xǐ huān (like)
3+2 měi guó
3+3 wǒ xiǎng
3+4 wǒ shì
3+ o nǎi nai (grandma)

Neutral Tone
清声 (qing sheng) Flat, with no emphasis.
