i want to know somthing xboxachievementguy i had 52 survivors but brad dies after that. that one guy u have to get from the bucher person he dies after that jessie die then after that.that Dr. preson guy dies then after i got done the game i had 49 survivors still didnt get the achievement so what i have to do to get it and keep them?

for any body considering doing this, this guide is really really good sometimes in some of the dark parts the quality is a bit crappy but as long as you know the map a bit you well get there and theres room for error on 2 survivors and you can still the achievement. many many thanks for this great walkthrough like 3 years later and i could finally get around to doing this with your help = )

this is annoying to get i was getting ross and his girlfriend then the twins appered ross and his girlfriend died and i killed one of the twins on acident then i barly get the med run done

Thank you, you are awesome XboxAchievementGuy!!! I just went and got 49 survivors (incl. Jessie, Brad, Otis, etc.) in the saferoom, then just sat on the helipad and waited it out for Ed to come pick my ass up. It was actually easier than i thought it would be, but the A.I.s did screw me over in a few parts. Those damn morons that get kidnapped by Jo the lesbian piglet nearly made me throw my controller in frustration, but I held back. Anyways, thanks again for the only Saint WT on youtube!!
