Pantsula

The footage for this video was shot on 24 July 2010 which was the World Wide Photo Walkers day. I joined a group of avid photographers to an outing in Newtown, Johannesburg, South Africa. We visited the Dance Factory where we were treated with some real South Afican dance styles. The dance style in the video is called the Pantsula.
The footage in the video was all shot on my Pentax K7 SLR still camera which also has a HD video facility. I combined video and still photographs in the video. My intention with the video is to showcase the Pantsula dance style to people that do not know about it. The music I chose is also local to South Africa.

I like the video footage and great music choice. However, in watching the pantsulas dancing, I wish I could hear the original track they broke it down to. Thanks for the HD quality video though..pantsula in HD when is 3 D coming.
