Jerri Zbiral shows how to make something from nothing. Taking a turkey carcass, that is often thrown away, she demonstrates a simple yet masterful approach to living delicious for less. Just in time for the holidays--don't throw out that carcass! There's soup in your future! 'Beautiful, Beautiful Meat' was filmed and edited by Emma Zbiral-Teller.
Hey Jerri.
Turkey soup will never be the same after this!

Jerri & Emma -- yum! lime, hot sauce & cilantro for turkey soup. . . I wouldn't have guessed that, but sounds great. We'll give it a try for our next turkey. And hooray for you both in helping folks not throw out all that wonderful food in a carcass!

Been making my own soup for stock and/or strained soup to server w/matzo balls. I use thyme as the only spice. Next year I will try this recipe. Looks very yum. Thanks.
