This video clearly shows the superiority of this technique. No cutting holes in anything, just use the inguinal canal, clean it and stuff a plug in it. No tacking to the sensitive inner wall of your gut with stapes or fixed stitches.
But the FDA is denying access to this. Read the horror stories of Mesh implant chronic pain that is then PERMANENT. If you have a hernia, take a good look at this. Its time to get active on your own behalf.
