@Firelupusful That's actually not caused by the glitchiness, but actually happens in the real game. That strip of land next to Cinnabar island was not defined properly, and will always load the monsters from the last area you were in. Try flying to Cinnabar Island from somewhere, and surf there, and you'll see what I mean. It's also the basis of the Missingno glitch, if you're not familiar with that.
