The man who runs quackwatch admitted in a federal court case that he had ties to the FDA, FTC and AMA. His journalism really is toilet paper he only cherry picks the references he wants and ignores the other side. Quackwatch is completley unobjective and in my view has no credibility.

I see a few comments about milk - I would like to say that 100% Organic Milk is not bad for you. This may be a controversial subject, but anyone who was raised on raw milk (unpasteurized), straight from the dairy farm, would tell you that RAW, organic milk has many health benefits, and one of them is, it helps build up your immune system because of the natural, healthy bacteria it contains. To those who've never drank raw milk - be careful, it can make you sick if your body isn't used to it.

Great video, your hard work has paid off. Thank you for the helpful tips.

Organic food has 27% more nutrients.....?! I think not. I think someone just made that up.

It's refreshing to see someone so knowledgeable and willing to tell it like it is. I hope lots and lots of people will watch this video. thank you for the advice. And, you're right about our being lazy - it's much more satisfying to eat foods we prepare ourselves. When we eat foods others prepare for us, we become dependent on them like children and our self-esteem suffers. Be strong, cook healthy foods for yourself.

Milk is horrible for you. I make homemade almond milk. It's easy.

Hi, that was so helpful! But why is soymilk bad for you? What is a good dairy alternative to eat with cereal in the morning (like oats, etc.)?
how come you said milk is bad for you, i drink skim milk, is that good?
What foods have the most protein?

Thanks for the comment... best protein sources are natural, organic meats. Cold water, ocean fish and free range organic chicken, beef, bison, ostrich, etc. Variety is important, so try new things.
Most milk contains dangerous hormones and creates infamation in your gi tract and other places in your body...better if you dont drink calories.

thanks for the comment, and yes some cereals are definitely better than others but I was going for ideal here in that everything is whole food based.
