...plus it really isn't difficult to say "Michael Jackson had patches on his genitals" when they and the rest of the world knew that he had vitiligo. Jackson had reportedly lifted his shirt once to show the family his skin disease. He had also disclosed that face to Oprah months before.

If the pictures matched, Michael jackson would have been immediately arrested on probable cause. He wasn't. The evidence in 1993 was presented before 2 grand juries who refused to indict Jackson.

Jim Moret claiming that the photos of Jackson's genitals were "dramatically similar" is a load of bollocks! Firstly, a penis is a penis, however you want to describe it. Secondly, Chandler (most probably from the instruction of his dad) said Jackson was circumcised - he was not. Thirdly, they claimed about there being blotches on his penis/scrotum ( a light spot "like the colour of his face" surrounded by darker skin). Jackson's genitals were actually light, with a few patches of darker skin.

@tinkerbellxx101 Michael filed many motions to go to criminal trial before a civil. Believe me, the goal was to go to court , it just didnt end up that way because the family wanted a civil trial.
