The difference between fat and fit is certainly more than one vowel, and you can find out what that difference is when you come out to train with the Kettlebells Los Angeles crew on Sunday mornings! Regardless of your gender, age, or (un)fitness level, we've got a progressive, safe, and powerful training method designed to get you in the best shape of your life with a minimum amount of daily training.

Instead of spending time in the gym on weights / resistance training, then cardio / running, then stretching, why not take care of all three at once??? Kettlebell training, as taught by our chief instructor, Dr. Mark Cheng, RKC, is designed to make the maximum use of your precious training time, allowing you to get a TRUE full-body, full-systems workout in as little as 3 minutes a day.

Along with the rest of Master Instructor Pavel Tsatouline's RKC system (based on the Naked Warrior, Power to the People, Relax into Stretch, Super Joints, Enter the Kettlebell, and the Russian Kettlebell Challenge), this training method has been taking the world by storm, hacking fat off the bones, and restoring functionality and athleticism to countless individuals who'd long since given up on their bodies.

If you want your vitality back, train hard, train smart, and TRAIN KETTLEBELLS! www.kettlebellslosangeles.com

  • kettleBELL not ball

  • You're right.

It seems that most use too heavy kettlebells and thus need momentum to move them.

Heavy-duty resistance bands offer all of the advantages of kettlebells (inital thrust) without all of the negatives (momentum, lack of return phase control).

  • you can hurt yourself doing anything...but if used with proper movement kettlebells will rock your world

  • Nice vid! I've done all types of workouts- Boot camps, martial arts, weight training, boxing, grappling, TRX suspension; but I'm new to Kball training. It is great, just like many other workouts, but you really seem to get more bang for your buck with the Kballs. ALL training is good- just get your butts moving! Why argue about what's better... do it all!!!

BTW, does anyone know if there are studies done on Kballs and bone density??

  • What's the deal with all the haters? If you actually tried the kettlebell workouts you would know right away what all the "hype" is all about. Actually, you'll find hope. I had rotator cuff/labrum tear & ACL reconstruction sugeries over the years & thought my competitive playing days were over. I finally had enough of my shoulder instability & gave kettlebells a go 3 months ago. Now my shoulders can handle the benching & I'm jumping and spiking volleyballs just like pre-surgery.

  • gta model this place in there thats why

  • Kettlebells might have some merit.

Yet, whenever someone swings stuff letting momentum take over, two things happen:

    1. momentum energy replaces muscle energy

    2. potential for injury is high

Most kettlebell vids show folks swinging them about, out of control.

You seem them arching their backs, in effect turning their backs into bows-as-levers, which is dangerous, unhealthy.

  • :30-:40 THAT WAS SICK!!

  • is the falicia oh in that vid at 0.15?

  • nah ya just saying that because your too lazy to use one
