Question : From what you`ve seen of the anime , is the portrayal of Deacon Frost like the comic version , the film version or a mix ?

@1993MovieMan I would have to say it is a little bit of a mix between the two.

Eric Brooks is basically searching for Decon Frost (person who killed his mother) however there are side missions in which Eric Brooks AKA Blade takes. So to answer you question more directly i would have to say it is a mix

However Superman is another subject he seems to be more genuine and actually takes pride in not only doing his job but also helping his community.

@OtakuASSEMBLE Well this is my view concerning Batman as far as a Super Hero I can not truly say he is a super hero. He is more of an Anti Hero the reason being is because Batman only participates in certain activities such as saving lives to ultimately get answers for whom killed his parents.

@strappedup24 Actually , while this is indeed true at first , after finding out the truth , confronting Chill and witnessing his death Bruce realized his parents were killed out of desperation rather than malice and forgave Chill . After that , Batman`s quest was no longer one of vengeance but one of redemption and trying to prevent others from suffering as he had !

@strappedup24 Ya , upon watching the series I`ve noticed that Deacon has white hair , a calm erudite personality and the same backstory as the comic book version with some modifications to make the character more sympathetic as well as the effeminate features , hatred of the purebloods , having human familiars and owning nightclubs like the film version ! He also has an English accent due to living in London for many years as the comic book version is described to !

@strappedup24 Thanks but I was referring more to Deacon`s personality , motives and powers . And , I just found out Deacon`s English Dub VA is , like his Portrayer in The Film , A Fellow Californian ! AWESOME ! Stephen Dorff who played Frost in The Film was born in Atlanta , Georgia but grew up in L.A. and Frost in The Film along with his right-hand man Quinn , frequently used Californian slang such as " man " and " cool " .
