How do you get the title transitions?

@JJlovesLS Any of the transitions you have in Pinnacle Studio can also be placed on your titles too. Simply just drag and drop your transition to the title on the title track and place it at the beginning or the end of the title. It is that easy.

how do you make the vids go slow-mo?

Dear xSugahighsnipa,

Drag a video clip to the Pinnacle Studio Timeline. Now select Toolbox from the drop down menu and choose Add Video Effects.  The Video Toolbox will open and under standard effects you will see an effect called Speed. Select Speed and Choose Okay and the effect is applied. From here you can choose to slow down the video clip or speed up the video clip.
