I have never met a person who went raw and stayed fat. Never. But I have met a lot of fat people who argued about why raw/vegan is not healthy...and stayed fat.

I really dont like it how they called her story "nutty diet", implying a raw diet is crazy..

Wow. Very inspiring.
I'm trying to lose 20lbs in 30 days. Raw foods are a big part of that. Check my site for pictures of everything I've eaten in 2 weeks.

Don't kill yourself for a mess up, this is the usual reason why we dont start again, you arent failing, you are human. I jus suggest readin lots of books, a great one: The Live Food Factor
Also try out many delish recepies that are much like cooked ones! :D I also tryed avocado icecream! Just avo with you fav frozen fruit and some honey :) I could eat it more than anything else, it slid down with a healthy concience cuz only the hunny is unhealthy and I can cut down on it in time

Angela is a shining example of human potential. A great reminder not only of the importance of a raw, natural diet, but also of the ancient wisdom of "kala" - all change is possible

I am starting this tonight!

amazing, wow this is really hero here, no surgery and she lost that much purely amazing
congratulation
Why is it that when I eat a raw meal, I feel as if I havent eaten a thing all day, and I get really hungry and weak like my blood sugar has dropped.

Hi :) Thanks...there are many factors - you may not be eating ENOUGH raw food or foods that don't suit you, are imbalanced, etc. The main issue though, is you're starting to DETOX. Any chance your body gets to release, it takes. My partner, Matt Monarch, explains detox clearly in his book 'Raw Success'.
Try slowly eating more raw, while also removing the main 'nasties' - processed starches & refined sugars. You'll see dramatic shifts. Angela. xxx

what does stone mean?
A7LAJNOUBIYI 4 years ago
Hi :)
In the UK we use 'stones' as the weight measurement. One stone contains 14 lbs and is also equivalent to about 6kg. So, I used to weigh around 21 stone, which is approx. 295lbs/133kg. I lost around 11 stone/160lbs/70kg...
Hope that makes sense ;)
All blessings,
