The easiest way I found to do this cuts out the whole tissue bit. What I did, was mix up the salt and the boiling water in an egg cup, and then dipped my lobe in that, then did the whole twisty thing and dipped again. I was following this up till then though, since I just did my ear for the first time and needed a guide. Thanks! :D
