Step:1 Introduce your name
- If Japanese native, the candidate should say his/her both surname & name. However, Thai candidates' name/surname may be difficult for Japanese.
- If you feel your name is long or difficult, you can say only name. Or, let's introduce your nick name together.

Example :
私はシリンヤ(スプブンラード)と申します。
My name is Sirinya.

Step:2 Describe your educational background / work experience
- If you have an interview with Japanese, let's introduce why you are interested in Japan/ Japanese language, how long and where you studied Japanese. Let's introduce not only position name but also the brief of Job Description.
- If you can say with tip or lesson what you learnt from the job, it may be very impressive.
For example, I got to know "HOU-REN-SOU" was very important for Japanese business etc.

Example :
私は、タイでの日本企業の活躍に興味を持ち、
大学では、アサンプションでビジネス日本語を専攻しましたが、
生きた日本語を勉強するため、また日本の文化を直接体験するために
大学卒業後1年間、東京の日本語学校に留学しました。

帰国後、日系メーカーで通訳として働き、材料に関する翻訳もしました。
通訳は言葉だけではなく、色々な知識が必要と感じ、
現在、アサンプション大学の大学院で経営学を勉強しています。

I was interested in the activity of Japanese company in Thailand and majored in Business Japanese at Asamption University. After graduated from University, I went to Japan and studied living Japanese language and the culture at Japanese Language School in Tokyo.

After coming back to Thailand, I worked for Japanese Manufacturing company as an interpreter between Japanese Manager and Thai staff and translation about material was also my task.
Then I felt interpreter needed not only language skill but also a lot of knowledge. Therefore, now I study Business Administration at Graduate School of Assumption University.

帰国後、日系メーカーで通訳として働き、材料に関する翻訳もしました。
通訳は言葉だけではなく、色々な知識が必要と感じ、
現在、アサンプション大学の大学院で経営学を勉強しています。

Step:3 Describe your strong point and weak point
- Let's illustrate with examples or the reason why you think it's your strong/weak point.
About the weak point, you should prepare a measure for overcoming.
(It shows you can take objective view and logical thinking.)

Example :
私の長所は、フレンドリーなところで、友達がたくさんいます。
職場でも、周りの人といい関係を作って助け合って仕事をしています。
My strong point is friendly character and I have a lot of friend.
I make a good relationship with my colleague or boss and work helping each other at office, too.

短所は、細かいことを気にして時間がかかることですが、
バランスを考えて仕事が遅れないように注意しています。
My weak point may be to pay attention too much. But I always try to keep balance not to late for deadline on my job.

Step:4 Describe your prospective career / the reason why you apply for the position
- Interviewers would like to know about this point to check your motivation.
Let's describe the reason why you apply connecting with your dream or aim.

これまで学んだ日本語やビジネスの知識をもっと仕事で活かそうと思い、
日本語を使いながらマーケティングや企画ができる御社に興味を持ち応募しました。
I would like to utilize my Japanese language skill and knowledge and experience in Business for the position.
Therefore, I apply for the position.

よろしくお願いします。
Thank you
