Wells Gardner Arcade Monitor Scrolling Problem - ArcadeVGA

I've been trying to get my ArcadeVGA card hooked up to my Wells Gardner 7191 25" arcade monitor, but it is having many issues, not the least of which is a constant scrolling image that just won't lock.

Is it a problem with the video cable or something like that?

Can anyone please help me out to get this fixed please?

Just for anyone who watches this video from now on, and perhaps has the same problem, the issue I was having was caused by having a defective VGA breakout cable.

After replacing it everything syncs fine on the monitor now.

I'm leaving this up, though, in case anyone else ever has the same issue.

I have an ArcadeVGA card from Ultimarc.com but when i want to install the drivers from cd or online for Windows Xp my pc keeps shutting down the setup. I see the setup window on the task bar but it immediately disappears ? Can anyone please help ?

Did you ever figure out what was causing the screen to scroll and were you able to fix it?

I have the same problem. I use a hack for my radeon card and then plugged into a J-PAC card. But when I turn on the PC & Monitor I get the same result as in the video. Anyone has an idea?

You must find the v-frequency potentiometer and adjust it.
