I think it has always been a "dog eat dog" type of world. Integrity and honesty have never been wide spread and it can still be found here and there today. My wife and dad are always talking about how much better it was when they were young. it wasn't really. it just happened they were in places (small towns) and around people that perhaps were a bit more honest. Plus, looking back has the nostalgia factor which tends to make things seem better than they were. just my opinion. :D

This sounds a lot like a vid i did not long ago...unfortunately i think ur right. People only care about themselves. Their word, honor, friendship....none of it means anything. Sometimes i wonder if those words were just made up in stories i read cuz they seem 2 mean almost nothing 2 anyone. Mistakes happen and i agree if the person is truely sorry they should be 4given. On the flip side, ive been on the road an had 2 cancel meets and ironically i think it was with the person ur talking about. -

@woodenchairs Your comments are always welcome and never too long. I think we fundamentally agree. We usually do however this was not one of those occasions that you would consider an oversight. Two things , first it was a very deliberate attempt , months of calls and emails and the response of total disregard. All it would have taken was a phone call to say that things had changed instead of just blowing it off. Thank you for your thoughts and rsmf

Great vids. Honestly I think things have always been this way. I think its a lot easier to uncover things about people because of the increase in technology.
